Cost-effective = less than $ 250
I am a total time college student so $ is tight and my old film underwater camera is broken beyond restore. I would like to change it with a decent digital camera but never want to invest a lot simply because it would just be for snapshot top quality things. My other digital camera is a Nikon D40x, so I don’t require this a single to be fancy , just a small, but reputable underwater digital digital camera. Any suggestions?
